As a woodworker myself, I realised one of the hardest parts of creating handmade products wasn't actually making them—it was finding the right place to sell them.
There are plenty of marketplaces, but many have become flooded with factory-made imports, mass-produced products and sellers who have never stepped foot in a workshop. At the same time, local markets are fantastic for meeting people, but they often mean giving up your weekends, hoping the weather holds, and spending an entire day behind a stall.
