Aussie Shed is a marketplace built specifically for genuine Australian makers, creators and workshop hobbyists.
We're creating a place where handmade products, custom work and workshop-built craftsmanship come first — not mass-produced imports, dropshipping or factory-made products.
To maintain the quality and authenticity of the marketplace, all maker accounts are reviewed before listing access is approved.
How It Works
- Create your free Aussie Shed account.
- Click Post a Listing.
- Complete the Maker Application.
- We'll review your application.
- Once approved, you'll receive listing access and can begin selling.
Simple, Fair Fees
Aussie Shed is built to support makers, not burden them with ongoing costs.
There are:
- No monthly subscriptions
- No listing fees
- No setup fees
We only charge a 6% commission when you make a sale.
If you don't sell anything, you don't pay anything.
We believe makers should be able to focus on creating great products without worrying about ongoing marketplace fees.
Getting Paid
To sell on Aussie Shed, makers need a free Stripe account connected to a bank account (this process is done as part of posting your first listing). This allows payments to be processed securely and ensures you receive payouts when your products sell.
There are no monthly Stripe fees for makers. Payment processing fees only apply when a sale occurs and are automatically deducted as part of the transaction.
Stripe is used by millions of businesses worldwide and securely handles payments and payouts.
